Talking to the planning department will help you get clued up with the do’s and don’ts and have you get what you want with assurance to its safety.

5) Lastly, it is required by law for your contractor to be registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). Certain requirement needs to be met before NHBRC will certify you. All regulated industry criteria concerning construction, technical and financial capabilities needs to be met by the building contractors NHBRC certifies you. Yes, we are NHBRC certified.
